Create detailed financial models and valuation analyses to assist in deal negotiations and pricing.

Requirements

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills to perform financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and financial statement analysis.
Financial Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial markets, investment banking concepts, and financial instruments (e.g., equities, fixed income, derivatives).
Research Skills: Ability to conduct comprehensive industry and company research, analyze market trends, and gather relevant data for investment analysis.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex financial concepts, prepare reports, and communicate with clients and team members.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial modeling, due diligence, and documentation.

Presentation Skills: Ability to create clear and concise presentations for clients and internal stakeholders, summarizing complex financial information and investment recommendations.
Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated interest in financial markets, industry trends, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity.
